3Leavedcart.com policies

1. Three days no question asked refund policy:  the main purpose of this policy is to protect customer from misunderstanding of web contents or misbuying items, Within 3 days from DO day or invoice day see which date is later, customer is entitles to return the purchase and get full refund without being asked any reason (terms and condition apply).

Terms and conditions for 3 days no question refund policy:

a)       Product to be returned must be in same condition as when it was delivered in both appearance and functionality, 3leavedcart.com has all rights to assess if this condition is met, to approve or reject the refund. Customer is advised to contact us to have pre-assessment via online or photograph method and get refundable confirmation before returning the item.

b)      Product to be returned must have all original accessories, menu, packing bag or box etc. in good and clean condition, original DO and invoice must be presented too.

c)       Delivery charges, online payment charges are not refundable. In case refund items were freely delivered, corresponding shipping fee is chargeable.

d)      Postage cost of sending item to our address shall be borne by customer. You are welcome to come to our office with the item for fast process.

e)       Refund should be either in cash or internet banking transfer within 3 working days after refund is approved.

f)       Three days count from either delivery day (DO day) or invoicing day see which day is later (most of time, they are same date).

g)      Refund admin fee of S$2 for item value S$10 and below, of S$3 for item value S$10 above are applicable.

 

2. Seven days one to one exchange policy: This policy is part of our product quality and usability commitment to customer, it is to protect customer from any possible product defect due to either manufacturing or logistic.

Terms and conditions for 7 days one to one exchange policy:

a)       Item will be entitle to one to one exchange with either one of following case: malfunction issue; quality issue; usability issue;

b)      Item will not be entitled for one to one exchange with either one of following case: there is human or external forced damage on product case or surface; product had been dismantled or unscrewed; product finish is found being scraped, stained or dirtied; product was misused over its specification or exposed to improper environment condition or not following the user’s manual guide.

c)       7 days count start from DO day or invoice day (see which day is later).

d)      Item to be exchanged must have original invoice or DO, original packing box and all accessories.

e)       One to one exchange will be depending on stock availability. In case out of stock, customer can choose to wait for stock up or to get refund based on our refund policy.

f)       Postage cost of one to one exchange will be equally shared by two parties. Customer is advised to contact us first to have pre-assessment on the product before mailing the product to us.

 

3. Minimum 6 months and up to 3 years product warranty depending on product category:

Terms and conditions for product warranty policy:

a)       Only electronic products with internal circuit or components are entitled for 6 to 12 month product functionalities warranty. Warranty coverage including product functionalities and usability and excluding product case or finish.

b)      All products are entitled with minimum 6 months functionality warranty, however, this warranty is not applicable for wear and tear and any issue caused by wear and tear. the warranty is also not applicable to any malfunction caused by external forced damage or unchary, unproper using or keeping.

c)       In order to get warranty service, customer must present original invoice or DO to show where the product was purchased and the date of purchasing.

d)      Product will not be entitled for warranty with either one of following case: there is human or external forced damage to the product; product had been dismantled or unscrewed; product was misused over its specification or exposed to improper environment condition or not follow the user’s manual guide. However, the product may be repaired with paid repairing cost.

e)       Repairing time varied depending on complexity of the internal circuit.

f)       Postage cost of the repair will be equally shared by two parties. Customer is advised to contact us first to have pre-assessment on the product before mailing the product to us.
